The third “Reinforcements” wave for Mythic Legions is the first one being offered for preorder to the Approved Retailers! These waves have always proven popular, in part because they include low-cost “builder” figures that are perfect for army building, customizing, and more! They also provide excellent starting points for new fans looking to jump onto the line!
Mythic Legions: Reinforcements 3 features 7 new figures, including many of the most popular types of characters—knights, skeletons, vampires, and barbarians! There is also a brand new species in the rat-like Blige and a nod to the Legions Ladies fans with the deluxe Yemaya Divine figure.
For knight fans, there is the Valiant Knight 2 Legion Builder. This basic knight is perfect for customizing and building armies, and the add-on set gives even more options, as do the incredible “Legions of Light” tunic sets. Those soft goods packs pair perfectly with the Valiant Knight 2, but also work with many other Legions figures.
Skeleton fans get a new basic, bare-bones skeleton figure, plus a skeleton horse in this wave. The add-on set for the skeletons even allows fans to use the figure and steed to combine to make a wicked skeleton centaur!
The Vampire Archer and Bilge Legion Builders round out the wave, and both of them also have add-on sets for more options and variety! One note on The Bilge figure—that was offered during the direct preorder as a Legion Builder, but the factory costs on that item ended up being higher than expected, so it has been moved to a regularly priced figure for this retailer order.
The biggest set in this wave is the Deluxe Barbarian Builder Kit 2. This is a new version of one of the most popular releases ever—the original Barbarian Builder from the first wave of Mythic Legions. This set is loaded with parts to create your preferred barbarian look—multiple heads, armor, and tons of weapons! Add in the “Legendary Add-On Set” which pairs with the barbarian and you have even more options!
