Pre-order policy

Thank you for choosing Si-Fi Toys for your pre-order! Pre-orders are the best way to ensure you secure the latest releases before they are sold out. Please read the following for details on how our pre-order process works.

 

Pre-Order Payment

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed.

 

Pre-Order Cancellation

To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at info@sifitoys.com. Cancellation requests must be received before items are shipped. All shipped items are subject to our Refund Policy.

 

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Pre-orders will be fulfilled unless a manufacturer or distributor cancels or allocates an item. If an item cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

 

Estimated To Arrive Dates

Estimated to arrive dates are communicated by the manufacturer or distributor. It is common for delays to occur. We will update the estimated to arrive date on our product page when a pre-order item is delayed.

 

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders ship when we receive the item. If you prefer to delay fulfillment of a pre-order to combine with another order, please contact us at info@sifitoys.com. (1)

 

Pre-Orders With Different Estimated To Arrive Dates

Shipment will be delayed until all items from an order can ship together. Please place separate orders for pre-orders with different estimated to arrive dates. (1)

 

Combined Pre-Order And In Stock Orders

Shipment of orders placed with both in stock and pre-order items will be delayed until all items from an order can ship together. Please place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items. (1)

 

Multiple Pre-Order Shipping

To save on shipping of multiple pre-orders, please contact us at info@sifitoys.com. Shipment can be delayed until multiple items would ship together. A refund will be issued for the difference in shipping costs. (1)

 

(1) Items ordered with Free Shipping will ship upon arrival.
