The Joker is one of the most recognizable villains in DC Comics history, and Kaiyodo brings the Clown Prince of Crime to life with the Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech NR055 The Joker Version 1.5 Action Figure. Standing approximately 6.49 inches tall, this highly detailed figure combines the Joker’s classic comic-book appearance with the dynamic articulation that collectors have come to expect from the Amazing Yamaguchi line.
This version of the Joker features his iconic purple and green outfit, giving the figure an instantly recognizable look. The design captures the character’s wild personality while providing plenty of opportunities for dramatic posing. Whether displayed standing, crouching, laughing, or preparing to attack, the figure is built to create dynamic scenes on a shelf or in a larger DC Comics collection.
One of the biggest highlights of this release is its premium articulation. The Amazing Yamaguchi line is known for giving collectors a wide range of movement, and the Joker is equipped to take advantage of that flexibility. His poseable construction allows collectors to recreate exaggerated comic-book poses or create their own scenes featuring the unpredictable villain.
The accessory selection is also extensive. The Joker comes with an alternate head that provides another way to display his personality. Five pairs of interchangeable hands make it possible to hold and pose many of the included accessories. Among the weapons and props are a razor, cane, crowbar, two playing card pieces, two knives, and two clusters of three knives.
The figure also includes two pistols, a pistol with a “Bang!” effect piece, two shot effects, and two submachine guns. These accessories give collectors plenty of options for creating action-packed displays. Two “Ha! Ha! Ha!” display pieces add an extra touch of Joker-style chaos to the presentation and can help create a scene that looks like it has come straight from the pages of a comic book.
A display stand is included as well, making it easier to support the Joker in more dramatic poses. With all of the interchangeable parts, weapons, effects, and display pieces, there are numerous ways to customize the figure and change its appearance.
Made of plastic and designed for collectors ages 15 and up, the Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech NR055 The Joker Version 1.5 is a detailed addition to a DC Comics collection. Its classic purple-and-green costume, expressive design, extensive accessory selection, and flexible articulation give collectors plenty of options for displaying this legendary villain.
The Joker has always been a character who brings unpredictability to the DC Universe, and this Amazing Yamaguchi release embraces that personality. From the alternate head and interchangeable hands to the wide selection of weapons and comic-inspired effects, this figure gives collectors the tools to create a display that is as wild and theatrical as the character himself. Add the Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech NR055 The Joker Version 1.5 to your collection and give one of DC Comics’ most infamous villains a place in the spotlight.
